Neudorf Vineyard – New Zealand Wine Dinner

Paul Reseigh, Chef Patron at The George, has planned a dream menu to carefully, yet with adventure, complement the fabulous Neudorf wines being shown by Rosie Finn, Global Brand Ambassador of Neudorf Vineyards.  The thoughtfully chosen wines offer some unexpected, yet absolutely delightful surprises which stand superbly well against the outstanding courses executed by Paul and The Kitchen Brigade.

  

 

 

One of New Zealand’s most treasured wineries with a huge reputation for both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir,  together with a very smart collection of aromatics - Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño and Riesling -  Jim and Judy Finn are very proud to have been the pioneers and founders of Neudorf Vineyards and were one of the first producers of New Zealand wines.  Their small, organically run, home vineyard at the top of South Island is situated on gravelly clays which has allowed them to dry farm since Neudorf’s inception in 1978, thus creating spectacular wines.  The George of Stamford, for some time, sold more of their wine than any other establishment in the UK.  This great relationship continues with their daughter, Rosie Finn.
