Cancellation Policy Please remember that when you confirm your accommodation booking you are entering into a legal contract. If you alter your travel plans, please advise The Hotel immediately. Your booking can be cancelled by mutual agreement, but if not, The Hotel is entitled to claim compensation if you fail to take up the accommodation.
Four rooms or fewer: By 6.00pm the day prior to arrival date, after which time bookings will be subject to the full accommodation tariff being charged
Group Cancellation: 10% charge: If one or more rooms are cancelled between eight & five weeks prior to arrival date 25% charge: If one or more rooms are cancelled between four & three weeks prior to arrival date 50% charge: If one or more rooms are cancelled within two weeks prior to arrival date 100% charge: If one or more rooms are cancelled within two working days prior to arrival date
