Fish Cake

of hot smoked salmon with spring onion and coriander on a tomatoand red pepper coulis

Chicken Liver Paté
with an orange and redcurrant sauce, served with toast

Gruyere Cheese Fritters

with a Thai jelly

French Onion Soup with a gruyère cheese crouton

Caesar Salad
Crisp lettuce with bacon, croutons and Parmesan cheese tossed in a garlic dressing

Fish and Chips
fresh haddock from Billingsgate Market served in a crispy batter with mushy peas

Breast of Chicken
with wild mushrooms and pancetta and tagliatelli

Our house-made Faggots
on mashed potato with red wine and onion gravy

  Pan fried veal escalope
filled with gruyere cheese and Tuscan ham in breadcrumbs

with lambs leaf and rocket salad, almond oil and raspberry vinegar

Roasted fillet of cod
on a chorizo and sunblushed tomato risotto

Selection of Beef, Ham and Scottish salmon
including a large selection of salads from the cold buffet

Vegetarian assiette trio of:
wild mushroom risotto
tagliatelle with sunblushed tomatoes and roquette,
and a leek, pea and gruyere tartlet
