Half pint, served with marie rose sauce and brown bread

apricot and sultana chutney and char-grilled ciabatta

with a Thai jelly

Crisp lettuce with bacon, croutons and Parmesan cheese tossed in a garlic dressing

fresh haddock from Billingsgate Market served in a crispy batter with mushy peas

with wild mushrooms and pancetta and tagliatelli

Slow cooked Pork Belly
with Dauphinoise potatoes

with grilled tomato, onion rings, mushrooms and homemade chips

Poached fillet of Salmon
with a green pea and mint risotto

Selection of Beef, Ham and Scottish salmon
including a large selection of salads from the cold buffet
