Delegate Information

We offer a Residential Delegate Rate and a Daily Delegate Rate (for a minimum of 8 delegates) which includes full use of our Business Centre services and equipment as follows:

24 Hour Residential Delegate

from £145.00 per person and includes:

• Overnight accommodation
• Early morning tea or coffee in the bedroom
• Daily newspaper
• Full English breakfast
• Main meeting room hire
• Standard equipment hire
• Morning coffee with Continental pastry basket
• A two course lunch
• Afternoon tea
• Dinner - up to the value of £30.00 per person (excluding drink)
• Use of local fitness club(Westside Gym) limited number of membership cards available
• WiFi internet use and VAT

Daily Delegate

from £40.00 per person and includes:

• Main meeting room hire
• Standard equipment hire
• Morning coffee with Continental pastry basket
• A two course lunch
• Afternoon tea
• WiFi internet use and VAT

On a Sunday evening, excluding Bank Holidays, we offer a special reduced Residential Delegate Rate from £95.00 per person providing dinner is taken, to include all of the above. The actual meeting can then take place on the Sunday or the Monday.

Our Business Centre is superbly equipped and provides an ideal environment in which to conduct all types of meetings and conferences within the elegant surroundings of our historic coaching inn.
